Location – Seattle, WA | US Remote

The sales recruiting researcher will work closely with all team members to help facilitate a number of essential components of the recruitment process. Primary clients are in the software and high technology space. This position is ideal for an individual who is adept at information discovery, is highly organized, and can readily employ a number of approaches to achieve superb results.


Responsibilities

  • Compile lists of competitor companies that will most likely produce strong candidates for an array of open positions

  • Identify and maintain profiles of individuals currently working with relevant organizations who are well-matched to the requirements of a particular search or may be a strong overall fit for a future opening

  • Contact select professionals and corporations as needed


Requirements

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

  • Strong research, planning, and organizational abilities

  • Ability to fully understand all facets of the recruitment process and the markets Renascent Solutions serves

  • Strong Office, database, and internet skills

  • BA/BS highly desired. An appropriate combination of education and work experience will be considered
