Austin Sales Recruiters
Software and Technology Recruitment for the Greater Austin, TX Area
Superior Recruiting Solutions for Austin and the State of Texas.
Austin, Texas has long had a strong presence in the technology realm. Recently, however, a number of large corporations have chosen to make it a primary base of operations and have made a significant push to contribute to the growth of the area. Our Austin sales recruiters have a full understanding of what makes the city unique and attractive – exceptional weather, no state income tax, a business-forward environment, high education levels, and a very well-known entertainment scene. All of these foster an atmosphere that attracts significant capital investment and a highly skilled workforce while still promoting and maintaining a balanced lifestyle approach.
Large companies are moving their headquarters to Austin
Oracle, Tesla, HPE, and others have already relocated their main headquarters to the city or are in the process of doing so. Regulatory requirements that are less stringent than those found in other locations, tax assessments that aren’t as burdensome, and an overtly open for business approach throughout the state have been a few of the main reasons cited by organizations that have transferred their primary seats of activity to this part of Texas.
Sectors that are seeing strong, recent venture funding
SaaS, Security, Biotech, Ecommerce, Fintech, Analytics, Logistics, Gaming, and a number of other verticals have been tracking quite well over recent years. Prior annum total capital raised amounted to almost $5 billion distributed to about 400 companies – an increase that was more than double the amount accumulated during 2020. The number of late-stage funding rounds has also grown substantially as more venture capital firms have established a presence here and companies located elsewhere are recognizing Austin’s sound place in the technology environment.
During the first half of 2022 the area saw about $1.5 billion distributed to almost 100 companies in the first quarter. Second quarter outlays came to almost $900 million while the 3rd quarter saw approximately $700 million flow into 70 companies thus following a pattern seen throughout a good portion of the country. However, the total amount of around $4 billion contributed to the region for the aforementioned three quarters is actually about $1.5 billion higher than that seen in the same block for 2021 thus Austin is still very well poised to continue a strong model of success and growth for the foreseeable future. Indeed, the recently released numbers for 2022 showed that about $5 billion was dispersed to a little over 400 companies.

A number of organizations in the area actively seek to aid individuals and companies. The University of Texas, Dell, Oracle, the omnipresent Techstars, and various others all run programs that offer coworking, mentorship, access to funds, and a host of additional solutions for startups and growing firms.
