Recruitment Methodology
Initial Analysis
Our recruitment methodology begins with the development of an abstract of the client company. This allows us to fully comprehend and assess the following essential components:
• Applicable revenue model
• Products
• Market position
• Corporate goals and possible difficulties
• Organizational structure/culture
• Competitors
• Unique aspects of the company which will allow us to convey your message with clarity and conviction.
Search Strategy
Successful identification of exceptional talent requires active investigation and direct recruitment.
• We start by identifying a group of organizations that are likely to employ individuals who possess the necessary skills and experience required by the client.
• This list is augmented by utilizing additional resources including extensive contacts within the industry, immediate knowledge, and aggressively optimized research, contact, and networking capabilities.
• Clients are provided with regular updates regarding the status of the search.
Candidate Evaluation
Renascent Solutions carefully screens and qualifies all potential candidates to assess position-applicable competence including:
• Qualifications and technical skills.
• Soft skills including leadership, critical thinking, communication, ability to work with a team, and other relevant factors
• Potential to perform exceptionally well within the new position.

Candidate Presentation
We provide a select group of individuals to the employer (and supplemental skills/abilities analyses for each candidate) who have been chosen for their clear ability to succeed in that particular arena and role. You will not receive a barrage of resumes that do not meet your expectations.
Interviews
• We make certain that both clients and candidates are fully briefed about the position, the company, and other factors that may apply prior to their discussions.
• In order to ensure a high degree of continuity, Renascent Solutions coordinates all arrangements as required.
• Post-interview debriefings are conducted to evaluate levels of interest on behalf of both parties and determine the next steps in the process. The resultant data is used to formulate subsequent action.
