There are instances when it may be more appropriate to make a full payment for services after the successful candidate has been hired. There may also be circumstances where contingency recruitment is a better fit for those who may be utilizing a number of resources and are open to a more flexible structure.

This type of engagement is most often utilized for upper and middle-tier roles that may require casting a somewhat broader net and don’t demand a stricter level of discreetness. Companies at various stages of growth may also find this executive search approach to be a superior approach at times.

Our approach to contingency recruitment fully takes into account the fact that payment for services does not occur unless we excel in the process and put forth a well-chosen group of appropriate candidates who will provide us with the best odds for securing a successful outcome.

• Full payment is collected following a defined period after the newly hired employee’s first day of work. 
• The fee is based on a percentage of the individual’s first-year base salary.
