Hybrid Search Option
Renascent Solutions provides a hybrid search option as an alternative to a fully retained or entirely contingent recruitment engagement. There are instances where a company may find this combination of a retained and contingency approach to be the most advantageous route given their current status. To that end, we offer a solution that combines the inherent strong suits of each recruiting model to build a fee structure that provides a financial buffer while maintaining the focus and commitment inherent to a fully retained agreement.
How it works:
• We ask the client to commit to an exclusive contract that will guarantee us the right to fill the position.
• A single upfront, non-refundable payment is required. The amount of this fee is substantially lower than the typical payment needed to begin a fully retained assignment.
• A second and final fee is due only when candidate is hired.
• The overall fee is based on the first-year base salary for the open position.
While the core of our recruitment activities revolves around retained executive search, we have found that this approach works well for many who may have unique requirements and resources. A hybrid headhunting process allows us to commit significant resources and time to the job at hand while the employer is only responsible for a very reasonable initial outlay and a second fee when a candidate is actually hired.
