Renascent Solutions offers retained, contingency, hybrid, contract, and interim executive recruitment options.
When we sign an agreement to conduct a contingency search a fee is due only if we successfully place a candidate with the client company.
The client agrees to utilize only Renascent Solutions for all facets of a given search. A non-refundable, upfront fee is required with the remainder due after the successful candidate is hired.
A retained search requires a non-refundable upfront payment to begin the process. The remainder of the fee is due when a candidate is hired. We carefully select and recruit a group that generally ranges from 3-5 individuals who have strong skills and abilities that match a predetermined outline put together with input from the hiring authority.

This can vary depending on the type and level of the position. Higher-tiered roles will generally require a longer search process than those at the Senior Account Executive level for example. Most positions usually are completed within 3 to 6 weeks. CXO openings may take somewhat longer given the number of corporate steps involved with filling those type of openings.

Renascent Solutions will never send a resume to a company or hiring manager without getting prior approval from the candidate.
We typically don’t provide these type of services, but we may have some general insight into various components of this part of a job search depending on the location.
